Yes. We can arrange for spares, supplies and repairs through our excellent network of vendors and technical experts.

We have ongoing contacts with vendors and service providers that includes engine manufactures, paint makers, tool suppliers etc. to support your vessel during its anchorage as necessary.

Singapore has a bouquet of healthcare providers, all of which meet international standards of care. Based on the contract, we shall facilitate assignment of your crew to a reputed private hospital or a government facility.
We operate through DBS which is one of the largest banks within the region.
Ship sanitation exemption certificate can be obtained through engagements with the port health office, and we will require at least three days’ notice from vessel Master to make necessary arrangements. However, these services are available only on govt working days.
Yes. We can assist vessel Masters and owners in coordinating with Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, should the vessel require any assistance. Please reach out to our staff who will guide you as required.

Yes. We have contacts with salvage institutions, MPA and pollution prevention agencies, and we can collaborate with them for logistics as needed. We also have adequate prior experience in handling such critical situations on behalf of our principals.

 
Yes, we have annual contracts with reputed service providers to facilitate smooth embarkation or disembarkation of passengers and crew. We also have plans to establish our own transport fleet like we have in other locations, sooner than later.
Pre-arrival notice will be required along with clearance from the last port, list of last 10 ports called on, and the list of crew members at least 3 to 4 days prior to the vessel’s arrival in Singapore port.
Yes. We have on-going arrangements with boat service companies which ply from Marine south Pier, Changi, Harbour front, & Tanah Merah for crew repatriation and supplies. These services can be made available on request.
We work routinely with a few customs clearing and forwarding agents for cargo clearance. We plan to initiate in-house custom clearing in Singapore soon. As of now clearance lead time is 3-4 working days, till the last mile.
Yes. We can arrange dispatch of crew mail packets to recipients by DHL courier. We can also facilitate collection of spare parts from vessels through forwarders, subject to completion of necessary custom formalities.
